Marc Giommoni
Graduated in law in France, holds a PhD from the University of Lausanne and is a member of the Bar in Paris and Milan.
Having dealt with commercial and business law cases for years, he gained particular and recognised experience in the field of real estate and construction law, which are still an important part of his work in France.
His ongoing professional relationship with lawyer Li Vigni, a specialist in criminal law, brought him closer to this discipline, which he has been practising for years before all levels of jurisdiction in France (Instance Court, Correctional Court and Assize Court).

Marcella Pagliari
She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, where she also obtained a Diploma in Corporate Law.
After being admitted to the Cassino Bar in Italy, she joined the Paris Bar where she has been practising since 2001.
Over the years, she has acquired specific experience in commercial and corporate law, insolvency proceedings, debt collection, enforcement measures and consumer law.
For more than twenty years, she has been assisting and advising Italian and French companies facing problems arising from commercial relations between the two countries.
Her experience, mainly in litigation, leads her to defend her clients before all French commercial and civil courts in the various stages of the proceedings.
Angela Lo Curzio
Graduated in Law from Università Cattolica of Milan, member of the Palermo Bar Association and the Register.
Specialized in family law and juvenile criminal law.
Founder and member of the first Women’s Council of the Palermo Criminal Chamber “G. Bellavista.”
Attended the specialization course on crimes of violence at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Department for Equal Opportunities, organized by the National Bar Council – Equal Opportunities Commission.
Since 2014, she has been responsible for the two-year Master’s program in advanced training and continuing education in juvenile law and developmental issues for the training of special guardians, at the Palermo Criminal Chamber “G. Bellavista” and the Palermo Forensic School “Orazio Campo.”
